This extension to a Victorian cottage created a self contained annex which doubled up as a studio space for a home business. Working with Kevin Stevens at Stevens Design and Build, we created a space that would future proof his home for business, visiting family members, and also extending his home for his growing family.

Nicholls Architecture and Design created the designs for the planning application, and the building regulations, and the project was completed in 2019.
