A first time developer approached Nicholls Architecture and Design to help secure planning for this plot in Essex. We provided initial advice and feasibility studies on what would be possible, to allow her to consult with estate agents and decide on the best approach financially.

We then designed a new 3 bed home around the constraints of the site, submitting a full planning application in April 2017. The planning authority made several comments over the next few months, and Nicholls Architecture and Design were able to provide additional information and drawings as required to help ease this process, eventually leading to a successful planning outcome in July 2017.

​Nicholls Architecture and Design also submitted and had approved a full Building Regulations application.

The project was completed in 2020.
