understand the design right from the start

Our process begins with a consultation, either online or in person at your home. We will listen to your ideas, your requirements, budget and timeframe, and come back to you with a no obligation quote, and advice on the stages of work.

We will carry out a measured survey of your property, and create a 3D model which is used to generate floor plans. It's important to understand as much as possible about the existing property before beginning design options.

We produce hand drawn sketch ideas to explore all the options you have in mind, and some you may not have thought of. The aim here is to consider everything, from simple and lower cost solutions, to more outlandish ideas that might solve your problems in a completely different way.

With an option chosen, we will then create a full 3D model, and come to your home for a VR (Virtual Reality) workshop. This is integral to the way we work, offering you full visibility of the design intent right from the start. We will note down any opinions or ideas you have, and can discuss the design in real time.
5.
Following the VR workshop, we will make any adjustments to the design that we have agreed on. We will then prepare a suite of drawings required for a Planning Application or Lawful Development Certificate. We can advise on other consultants required, and always remain on hand to ensure the process goes smoothly.
6.
Following a successful planning outcome, we will prepare a package of drawings for a Building Regulations application. This can also include a further VR workshop if required, to help decide on lighting positions, kitchen layout, and interior design ideas and options.
